The Marmoleum Modular Neutral is a design tile collection that comes in a range of 15 different colours, but many more unique designs can be created by mixing different sized tiles and colours. Available in plain greys, marbled patterns, wood patterns, and more vivid colours. Being a resilient product cleaning and maintenance is straightforward, and the lifespan is great, coming with a 10 year manufacturers warranty.

To keep delivery as simple as possible, the delivery cost is just £20 +VAT. Or if spend over £450 +VAT on flooring we will have this delivered to you for free.

Delivery on this Marmoleum takes about 5 working days. If you require a faster delivery service or any other delivery arrangement please get in touch with us so we can help you.

There must be someone to sign for the delivery. The day after you place the order we will email you the delivery date, and also pass your contact number onto the courier in case of any problems.

  • Cigarette resistance - Marks left on linoleum from stubbed out cigarettes can be removed
  • Indentation residual < 0.15mm
  • Castor rating - Suitable for continuous use
  • Resistance to chemicals - Resistant to diluted acids, fats, oils and to conventional solvents. Not resistant to prolonged exposure of alkalis
  • Bacteriostatic properties - Have natural anti-bacterial properties which are confirmed by independant laboratories, even against the bacteria MRSA
  • Slip resistance - Carries an R9 rating for slip resistance
  • Acoustical impact sound reduction - < 4 dB
  • Electrical resistance - Static dissipative
  • Lifecycle assessment - Regularly assessed to secure the lowest environmental impact. Linoleum is made from 97% raw materials.
